Warranty


Luxer Watches takes pride in the warranty that will accompany your purchase. Your watch purchase will be carry a 2-year warranty coverage or longer coverage when the manufacturer provides a more comprehensive warranty plan. If your timepiece begins to lose time, gain time, or isn’t accurate, it will be covered under our warranty; please note that external damage will not be covered under our warranty plans. Having your watch repaired by a third party technician without consent from Luxer Watches will also result in the voiding of any warranty that is provided by Luxer Watches.

The warranty from Luxer Watches will not cover water damage, physical damage to your watch, or damage that is a result from excessive, daily wear. Make sure that you discuss any warranty concerns or questions with our professional staff before you finalize your purchase of a Luxer Watch. Some areas that you should address are:

  • The results of normal wear of your watch daily

  • External damage that includes the watch bracelet, bezel, crown, finish, crystal, or clasps

  • Gems or stones that are lost from the face of the watch or wristband

  • Third party repairs or tampering with your watch and other ways that your warranty will be voided

  • Any damage that is beyond excess as described by the manufacturer of your watch

With proper care and maintenance of your watch as well as having it repaired by an authorized professional, you will keep your watch running like the magnificent timepiece that it is at all times. As with all of your other purchases, make sure that you understand the details of your warranty at the time of your purchase. You should also keep the warranty that comes with your watch in a safe place with a contact number so that you can quickly and efficiently handle any issues that may arise with your watch.
